The Companion is required to attend to the needs of the registered person at all times whilst on the premises. VillaGaiety staff will advise and aid the Companion, but cannot be expected to furnish assistance with duties for which the Companion is present.
The scheme is not open to, or intended, for those who simply require someone to assist them with transportation to and from VillaGaiety. The scheme is not offered to anyone who can cope independently.
The number of allocated seats for Event may vary dependant on; venue layout, type of Event, instruction from DESC, Agent or Hirer.
ECS seat allocation will be sold on a first-come first-served basis and no more seats will be made available once the allocation has sold out.
ECS bookings must be booked over the phone or in person at the Box Office.
Only registered persons will be eligible to purchase a Ticket. Tickets purchased prior to joining the scheme cannot be refunded and rebooked under the scheme.
The registered person must purchase a regular priced ticket for themselves and request the Essential Companion Ticket at the same time of booking – under no circumstances will Companion Tickets be issued singularly at a later date.
