VillaGaiety are delighted the welcome The Family Library to our line-up for year two of our Family Festival, Spark.
As an island based charity The Family Library love sharing stories, friendship and inspiring creativity by providing vital services for our Island community. They’ll be bringing the Mobile Library to the Villa Gardens for this year’s Spark showcasing just some of the activities they provide including Story Box sessions.

USEFUL INFORMATION
Age guidance
- These sessions are designed for pre-school children to enable them to enjoy storytelling and songs that promote early literacy and social skills, encouraging children and their families to engage in meaningful activities together. The sessions will feature nature themed books inside the Mobile Library for up to 15 children plus their parents or caregivers.
Session times will run at the following times
- 10am | 11am | 12pm | 1pm | 2pm
Weather permitting
- Outdoor drop in craft activities will also be available next to the Mobile library as well as some pop up ‘Jolly Music’ sessions for pre-school children to sing-a-long to some well-loved, nature themed nursery rhymes.
Admission
- All activities are free but admission to the Story Box sessions is subject to availability for any given session.
