Story Box in Space with The Manx Family Centre
VillaGaiety are delighted to welcome back The Manx Family Centre to our line-up for year three of our Family Festival, Spark.
As an island based charity The Manx Family Centre love sharing stories, friendship and inspiring creativity by providing vital services for our Island community. They’ll be bringing the Mobile Library to the Villa Gardens for this year’s Spark showcasing just some of the activities they provide including Story Box sessions.
These sessions are designed for pre-school children to enable them to enjoy storytelling and songs that promote early literacy and social skills, encouraging children and their families to engage in meaningful activities together. The sessions will feature Space themed books inside the Mobile Library for up to 15 children plus their parents or caregivers. These sessions will run at the following times:
10am | 11am | 12pm | 1pm |
OPTIONAL: Weather permitting – outdoor drop in craft activities will also be available next to the Mobile library as well as some pop up ‘Jolly Music’ sessions for pre-school children to sing-a-long to some well-loved, nature themed nursery rhymes.
No Booking Required: All activities are free but admission to the Story Box sessions is subject to availability for any given session.
