Music icons Nile Rodgers & CHIC are set to bring their legendary sound to the Isle of Man this September, with a special performance at the Villa Marina’s Royal Hall on Wednesday 23rd September.
Nile Rodgers is one of music's most iconic and enduring forces - a multiple Grammy Award winner, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee, Chairman and inductee of the Songwriters Hall of Fame, songwriter, composer, producer, and guitarist whose influence has stretched across generations and cultures.
As co-founder of CHIC alongside legendary bassist Bernard Edwards, he created "Le Freak," the biggest-selling single in Atlantic Records history, and "Good Times," which laid the very DNA for hip-hop itself, and gave the world enduring anthems including "We Are Family" for Sister Sledge and "I'm Coming Out" for Diana Ross. His productions for David Bowie, Madonna, Duran Duran and Daft Punk have sold over 750 million albums and 100 million singles worldwide.

Tickets are priced at £88 (plus 5% booking fee) and go on sale at 9am on Thursday 25th June.

You will be automatically entered into an online queuing system. If you enter the queue before it opens at 9am, your place will be randomised along with other early entrants.
Tickets are also available in person at the Villa Marina and the Welcome Centre, Douglas (subject to availability). Both the Villa Marina and Welcome Centre will open at 9am.
If booking in person please have your payment method ready. Should you wish to purchase allocated seating, tickets will be allocated on a best available basis.
Due to expected high demand, and to allow the VillaGaiety Box Office to manage in-person transactions, sales via the telephone lines will not be available until approx 11am on 600555.
Tickets are restricted to four per transaction and one transaction per person only (for in person sales). This will be strictly adhered to at both the Villa Marina and Welcome Centre.
Wheelchair bookings
There are four wheelchair spaces upstairs and four downstairs, plus one seat per space for companions. These spaces are strictly reserved for wheelchair users and are available to book at 9am on Thursday 25th June in person or when our telephone line opens at 11am subject to availability.
