We are excited to offer existing ticketholders the opportunity to upgrade their purchase to a VIP Soundcheck Experience Package, which gives ticket holders access to an exclusive VIP soundcheck and Q+A experience with James prior the show.

Tickets
- Passes for this exclusive upgrade are only available at the Box Office at the Villa Marina Reception or on 600555.
- Please note that tickets for the James VIP Soundcheck Experience do not include access to the primary event. If you do not yet possess a ticket for the James concert, please make sure to purchase one. A link to this event can be found elsewhere on this page.
- Customers who possess only a VIP Soundcheck Experience pass will not be able to enter the venue. If tickets are still available for the concert, one may be purchased at the Box Office to remedy the situation but, if no tickets remain, or if customers are unwilling to purchase one, entry will not be granted and refunds will not be available.
