SHOW DESCRIPTION 

This Christmas you SHALL go to the ball! The Gaiety Theatre invites you to the world’s most beloved pantomime with fairy tale favourite Cinderella! 

It’s the magical rags to riches story following Cinders, from toiling in the kitchens of Hard-Up Hall to dancing like a princess at the glittering ball at the Palace Ballroom. Will Cinderella marry the handsome Prince? Will her ugly stepsisters from across the water ruin her dreams. Will best pal Buttons fulfil his ambition to become the Isle of Man’s first superstar comedian? And will we ever discover whose foot fits the glass slipper? One thing’s for sure – the Island will never be the same again!

Stage Ed, the team that brought you the critically acclaimed smash hit runs of Aladdin and Dick Whittington are delighted to return to the Gaiety Theatre for this year’s Panto spectacular. Plus, the Isle of Man’s favourite Dame, Jolyon Dixon will also return for his third year, promising more laughs than ever before!

Join us for the show spectacular of the year with jokes aplenty, stunning costumes, amazing special effects and plenty of audience participation. With songs you can’t help singing along to, spectacular dance routines showcasing local Manx talent, don’t miss this unmissable festive favourite suitable for all ages.

USEFUL INFORMATION 

Age guidance 

• Suitable for all ages. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult (18+) 

Relaxed / Chilled Performance - Sunday 28th December at 1pm

• This performance is open to all, however, designed to welcome visitors with a disability or sensory sensitivities, their friends, and families to the theatre and offers the following: 
  • Lights in the auditorium are kept low so it's not too dark
  • You can make noise during the show
  • You can come and go as you please
  • If you need a break there are chill-out areas in the foyer/bars

BSL Performance: Monday 29th December at 7pm

• British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter will be interpreting this show for Deaf, deafened and hard -of-hearing patrons.

Wheelchair/accessible bookings

• Unfortunately, we aren't able to accept wheelchair/accessible bookings online. To make a booking, please contact our Box Office during opening hours. Tel: (01624) 600555. 

Bars

• Please note that for select performances our bars will be open for pre-show and interval service, offering a selection of soft drinks and alcoholic beverages. For your convenience, plastic, reusable drinkware will be available should you wish to take your drink to your seat and enjoy at your leisure. Bars will remain closed during the show. Performances with bar service will be announced in due course.

Booking fee

• All ticket prices for live performances only are subject to a 5% booking fee, which will be applied at the point of sale to all purchases, whether made online or in person at our Box Office.
