“Wake up Manxies, we’ve got something to say now please. It’s late September that we really have to fill up Keys”.
Let us entertain you, with local performers delivering some very famous songs – but with the lyrics amended, to cover the ups and downs of the election of Members of The House of Keys.
Laugh, join in, and of course, dig deep into your pockets to support four Local Charities – Hospice Isle of Man, Forget Me Not, Naseem’s Manx Brain Tumour Charity and Manx National Heritage.
Songs include:
- The end of the current Parliament: “We’re all going on a Keys House holiday”, “Imagine there’s no Tynwald”
- Preparing for an election: “If I were a Tynwald Man”, “I never will be an MHK, no more”
- Pleading for votes: “Please vote for me Ayre and Michael”, “Gimme, Gimme, Gimme your votes in the morning”
- Misery from the losers: “Yesterday, all my voters seemed to fade away”, “Tragedy”
- Joy from the winners: “Thank you for the yes vote”, “When you walk, in Tynwald.”

- Theatre style - All seats are allocated/reserved so please ensure you check your section/ row and seat numbers before taking your seats.

Bars
- Please note, for this performance run our bars will be open for pre-show and interval service, offering a selection of soft drinks and alcoholic beverages. For your convenience, plastic, reusable drinkware will be available should you wish to take your drink to your seat and enjoy at your leisure. Bars will remain closed during the show.
Ticket fee
- All ticket prices for live performances only are subject to a 5% booking fee, which will be applied at the point of sale to all purchases, whether made online or in person at our Box Office.
