VillaGaiety welcomes all customers and has a range of services to ensure you have an enjoyable and comfortable visit. Both venues have seating on all levels and there are ushers to assist in making your visit as comfortable as possible so please let us know your requirements. There are no lifts in the Gaiety Theatre so this should be considered when booking tickets.
The Villa Marina has six car parking spaces for disabled badge holders adjacent to the main Villa Marina Building – these are on a first come first served basis. Drop off is available at the front door if needed.
The Gaiety Theatre has a drop-off point at the front of the theatre and level access via the Arcade to the stalls; wheelchair accessible toilets are available in the Arcade. The theatre has designated wheelchair spaces at the rear of the Stalls Section, however, due to the design of the theatre and fire regulations, it is not possible for wheelchairs to be permitted in other areas of the auditorium. Please remember to mention your requirements when booking.
Drop offs are available at the front door of the Villa Marina with access to all areas via front foyer. There are auto opening doors on the right of the entrance. Disabled toilets are available at both stalls and dress circle level and a lift is available for access to all levels.
Broadway Cinema is accessed from the main foyer via a lift and has wheelchair spaces at the rear of the auditorium – due to the steps it is not possible for wheelchairs to be placed elsewhere in the cinema.
The Promenade and Colonnade Suites are both accessible via the lift.
There is easy access to the performance space in the Villa Marina Arcade and upper arcade. The Wurlitzer is available via a lift.
Assistance dogs are welcome in all areas of the buildings. Please talk to the box office about any special requirements when booking.
We operate a scheme for those who are disabled and require somebody to be present in order to assist them whilst attending shows. This scheme enables anyone purchasing a standard ticket to obtain one for their Essential Companion Free of Charge. (see note below*)
VillaGaiety Assisted Access Scheme is free to join and a short application form is available from the box office or to download providing us with contact details and any information the customer would like recorded. All tickets are subject to availability at the time of booking.
* This applies to many performances but there are some exceptions where the scheme will not be available (e.g. where no concessions apply) so please check on booking.
