If your event is postponed, we cannot process refunds until a new date has been confirmed.
If your event is cancelled, you do not need to complete the form below. Online orders will be refunded automatically within 3-5 working days. Customers who ordered over the phone or at the Box Office/Welcome Centre will be contacted in due course.
