Don’t miss Hot Mikado at the Gaiety Theatre.
For the second time, the Manx Operatic Society are directed by the award-winning Director Scott St Martyn. Jazzing up the classic Gilbert and Sullivan operetta of The Mikado to create a flamboyantly colourful 1940's Japanese scene, with zoot suits, snoods and wedgies, Hot Mikado reworks the traditional songs to a rescored swing, gospel, jazz and blues sound.
